they are open honest and they are learning right beside us. they try to listen and empathize despite all the things on their plate.
they are open and nerdy and welcoming and i like that. i wouldn't say we have a homogenous environment. makes my job more enjoyable.

i have the foresight to know that to make us attractive in our space, we need to offer the best support for our new way of life. right now we are doing ok but have a lot of room to improve.
I think just making everyone feel as comfortable as possible in sharing their feedback and experience as genuinely as possible. I think sometimes the speed, intensity and optics into how they work may be misconstrued by employees and thus present some barriers in feeling open and transparent.
