What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My store has great leadership and we all try to get to know each other. Training has been thorough. I feel like they see me as a person and not just a worker.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Managers and ASMs are miserable and make the employee miserable. Everybody quits because its a miserable place to work. The higher ups are completely incompetent. Im looking for a job elsewhere

What makes you most happy at work?

Our regular customers coming in and treating us like family/friends and my store team just being the best.
