Being able to productively push forward on our initiatives and frequently receiving feedback from colleagues and customers keeps me motivated. I also have friends at work which makes the day more fun.

Our team is full of smart driven individuals that get along at work and frequently spend time together outside of work. Personally, I love that we have so many ski/snowboard fanatics and look forward to our ski trips.

People feel free to speak their mind even when their opinion seems unpopular at the moment. Everyone assumes noble intent and is able to consider opposing positions. This atmosphere creates empowerment for even the most junior employees.
