Ian Cresswell brings more than 25 years of global operations leadership experience across the medical technology, life sciences, and industrial manufacturing sectors. Cresswell most recently served as Vice President of Global Operations for the Medical Business at TE Connectivity, where he led global manufacturing and operational strategy supporting the company’s medical device business portfolio.
Prior to joining TE Connectivity, Ian worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific, holding leadership positions of increasing responsibility in their life science and analytical instrument groups, including Vice President of Global Operations for the Chemical Analysis division and Vice President of Global Operations for the Clinical Next Generation Sequencing Division. During his tenure, he helped lead global operations through periods of growth and transformation while supporting the expansion of innovative healthcare and diagnostic technologies.
Earlier in his career, he held global operations leadership roles at Brahmin and Pentair, overseeing manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain organizations. Ian holds a Master of Science degree from Emmanuel College in Boston and is recognized for building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence across complex global businesses.
