Mark Cashiola — Chief Financial Officer at C&J Energy Services

Mr. Mark C. Cashiola has been the Chief Financial Officer of C&J Energy Services, Inc. (formerly, C&J Energy Services, Ltd.) since June 15, 2016 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer since November 5, 2016 until May 5, 2017. Mr. Cashiola served as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of C&J Energy Services, Inc. since March 24, 2015 until June 15, 2016. Mr. Cashiola joined C&J in January 2011 and served as its Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since July 2012. Prior to joining C&J, he was Senior Controller for Precision Drilling Oilfield Services Corporation for two years and before its acquisition by Precision, he served as Assistant Controller for Grey Wolf, Inc. for four years. He began his career in public practice working for Arthur Andersen, L.L.P. and KPMG, L.L.P. for a combined six years, served as its Audit Manager. He has over 18 years of financing and accounting experience, the majority of which has been spent in the energy industry. Mr. Cashiola has 14 years of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting experience, the majority of which has been spent in the energy industry. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. Mr. Cashiola received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
