Executive Bio
Mr. Vic Joyce has been the President of Well Construction & Intervention Services at C&J Energy Services Inc. since December 14, 2017. Mr. Joyce spent nearly 38 years at Schlumberger in numerous operational and management positions of increasing responsibility, most recently having served as Global Account Director from 2004 to April 2012. Mr. Joice was an Operating Partner at Intervale Capitlal from April 2014 to October 2015. Mr. Joice joined Intervale in 2014 after serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Allied Oil & Gas Services (an Intervale portfolio company) from April 2012 to April 2014. He has more than three decades of experience working in a variety of senior management positions at Schlumberger, including field operations, engineering, sales, HSE, product development, marketing and operations management (pressure pumping business). The majority of his experience was in North America but, he was also involved with operations in Europe, Trinidad, Russia, Brazil, Venezuela, and Mexico. Mr. Joyce graduated from Kansas State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
