Ms. Valerie C. Toalson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Cadence Bancorporation since joining in January 2013 and Cadence Financial Corporation. Ms. Toalson has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Cadence Bancorp, LLC since December 21, 2012. She has been the Chief Financial Officer of Cadence Bank N.A. since January 2013 and serves as its Executive Vice President. She served as a Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of BankAtlantic N.A. at BankAtlantic BanCorp. Inc. since February 2006 and January 23, 2007 respectively. She served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at BankAtlantic BanCorp. Inc. since June 30, 2007 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. She joined BankAtlantic in February, 2006 and served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She served as Senior Vice President and Controller of BOK Financial Corporation and Bank of Oklahoma, NA. She held several senior leadership positions at BOK Financial Corporation, including Manager of Credit Services, Manager of Process Improvement and Chief Auditor. Prior to 1993, she served as a Manager in the financial services industry practice with Price Waterhouse in Dallas. She served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of BBX Capital Corporation since July 2007 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Toalson is an active volunteer in her community and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
