Mr. Joshua L. Lebar serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Camden Property Trust. Mr. Lebar served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Camden Property Trust since August 20, 2015. He was responsible for a variety of legal functions for Camden, including corporate governance, transactional activities and general litigation supervision. Mr. Lebar has experience in the negotiation of concessions, retail merchandising, branding, pourage, service rights and exclusivity agreements related to sports, entertainment and multiuse projects. His practice has resulted in the representation of individuals, partnerships, public, private and nonprofit corporations and financial institutions. He was Shareholder of Real Estate Development & Investments at Winstead Sechrest & Minick PC since January 2009. Mr. Lebar's practice focuses on real estate sales, acquisitions, finance, leasing and development and the representation of developers and tenants of sports, entertainment and multiuse facilities. His real estate practice includes the sale and purchase of unimproved and improved property, the leasing of office, retail, industrial and general commercial space and the development of multifamily complexes. He is a Member of State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association and Houston Young Lawyers Association. He is recognized as Texas Rising Star by Texas Monthly in 2006 and 2008. Mr. Lebar holds J.D. from University of Texas School of Law in 2001 and B.A. from University of Texas at Austin in 1998.
