Executive Bio
Eric Nodiff is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Cantel. In this role, Mr. Nodiff leads the legal function for general corporate matters, M&A, corporate governance and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) compliance and is responsible for oversight and supervision of all other legal matters impacting the Company. In addition, Mr. Nodiff serves as a member of the Office of the Chairman. Prior to his current role, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel from 2005 – 2014 and also served as Secretary since January 2009.
Prior to joining Cantel, Mr. Nodiff was a partner at the New York City-based law firm Dornbush Schaeffer Strongin & Venaglia, LLP where he practiced primarily in the areas of general corporate law and M&A, representing both public and private companies.
