Robert M. Wolf — CFO & Senior VP of Finance at Canterbury Park Holding Corporation

Mr. Robert M. Wolf, also known as Rob, has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Canterbury Park Holding Corporation since September 11, 2017. Mr. Wolf served as Principal Accounting Officer and Vice-President of Finance at Canterbury Park Holding Corporation from March 13, 2017 to September 11, 2017. Mr. Wolf served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MGC Diagnostics Corporation (formerly Angeion Corp.) from May 16, 2011 to February 1, 2013. Mr. Wolf was responsible for leading all financial activities, which include serving as corporate secretary and overseeing finance, accounting, compliance, public company reporting and investor relations. Mr. Wolf has extensive finance, administration and public accounting experience in diverse industries including manufacturing, software, retail and medical imaging. During the period from July 2014 to October 2016, Mr. Wolf served in a number of positions with Rimage Corporation when it was owned by Equus Holdings, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and Trust. He served Rimage as Chief Financial Officer from July 2014 to October 2016 and also served as General Manager of Sales and Services, for the Americas from December 2015 to October 2016. During the period from February 2013 to February 2017, Mr. Wolf provided consulting and accounting services to businesses on a contract basis. He served in financial leadership roles for Rimage Corporation for 13 years. Mr. Wolf served as the Chief Financial Officer at Qumu Corporation from February 2003 to August 27, 2010 and its Principal Accounting Officer until October 31, 2010. He served as Treasurer and Corporate Secretary of Qumu Corporation from January 2000 to October 31, 2010, which he joined in September 1997. Since March 1995, he was a CPA and Audit Manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP. From December 1991 to March 1995, he was a Certified Public Accountant with House, Nezerka & Froelich PA. Mr. Wolf received a master of business administration from the University of St. Thomas, Saint Paul, Minn. He holds bachelor of accounting from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. Mr. Wolf also holds an CPA (Inactive) certification.
