Respecting employees and budgeting properly, this company runs its workers like a sweatshop.

No 401K matching, most of bonus is in restricted stock. Half of the compensation is thus imaginary and "paper only income."

Just be properly staffed, everyone is busy to tackle anything.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Works people to their breaking point, doesnt invest in infrastructure or proper staffing needs.
