Ms. Jayme L. Brooks has been the Chief Financial Officer of Capstone Turbine Corp. since April 2015 and has been its Chief Accounting Officer since November 2008. Ms. Brooks served as an Interim Chief Accounting Officer at Capstone Turbine Corp. from October10 , 2008 to November , 2008 and as its Vice President of Finance from November 2008 to April 2015. She also served as a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis of Capstone Turbine Corp. since February 2008. Ms. Brooks joined Capstone Turbine Corp. in September 2005 and served as Director of Financial Reporting from September 2005 to February 2008. From March 2003 to September 2005, she served as Vice President and Controller of Computer Patent Annuities North America LLC. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Ms. Brooks is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California and a member of Financial Executives International.
