Minimal pay. Keeps morale low amoungst employees. No incentive to work. No raises. Benefits are a joke. Unappreciative of employees. Expect utmost loyalty from employees, but will screw employess at any & every chance. Toxic work enviroment. Top executives have no business running a company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everything is structured to benefit the top execs. Hard work, dedication & loyalty are not enough. Employees are just numbers and viewed as leaches on the budget, eventhough we are the backbone of the company. Top execs reep all rewards. Have to justify for time taken for necessary appointments.
