Helping put a smile on a consumer’s face. Helping resolve problem
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honestly the company culture needs work, especially being respectful to each other, and to the clients. Everyone does training for this but it’s not actually enforce
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My department is really super positive. I love that we are not being micromanaged and are encouraged to solve our own problems but seek guidance were needed.
