What is the best part about your compensation package?

401K match is excellent and they do try to hold a line as prices increase for benefits and not make it too much of a burden.

Profit sharing along with benefit package

Insurance is private which is great

Benefits and opportunity for advancement based on performance

Retirement is very nice .
