Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay is not equal with workload or responsibility level. Always have a workload appropriate for 3-5 people. Managers and supervisors joke about our enployees doing the work of 30 people. You think maybe thats why people die from working here?

Salary employees work a lot of overtime to keep up. The salary is based on 40 hrs and pay is average or less than market. Many people work 50+ hrs so the pay could definitely be better to help compensate for the needed overtime.
