Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is not equal with workload or responsibility level. Always have a workload appropriate for 3-5 people. Managers and supervisors joke about our enployees doing the work of 30 people. You think maybe thats why people die from working here?
Salary employees work a lot of overtime to keep up. The salary is based on 40 hrs and pay is average or less than market. Many people work 50+ hrs so the pay could definitely be better to help compensate for the needed overtime.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Manager always says the same thing every weekly meeting. I dont have much today blah blah blah. Its always now. Cult leader bs

Understaffed. Need to at least double the staff. Lower individual work loads. Do good work instead of massive anounts of sloppy work.
