Mr. Robert J. Mathias has been the President of Cass Commercial Bank, a subsidiary of Cass Information Systems, Inc. since February 2008 and serves as its Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Mathias joined Cass Bank after eight years as Senior Banker in the St. Louis loan production office of LaSalle Bank. Mr. Mathias has been affiliated with several major financial institutions in the St. Louis metropolitan area since 1974. He also served as a Secretary on the board of directors of Cass Information Systems. He served as an Executive Vice President of Credit Administration for Magna Group Inc. since February 1997. Prior thereto, Mr. Mathias served in a variety of Senior Capacities with Boatmen's National Bank of St. Louis. He served as Boatmen's National Bank's Executive Vice President and Division Manager of Corporate Banking. Mr. Mathias serves on the board of Busch-O'Donnell Co., a privately held St. Louis-based investment company.
