The culture of Catalina took a hit with the restructuring and suffered some negative reviews. This company is headed for great things and its teams are developing amazing solutions.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview experience was very positive. It was professional and inviting. I individually interviewed with the leaders in the organization that I would be supporting and then I interviewed with the HR Team in a group interview. The interview questions were behavior based and well structured.
