The real leaders are great. Others that are in Leadership roles shouldn't be there and don't at all and are only out for themselves.

it used to be the pension plan but it was eliminated in 1998 - now it's some nebulous form of stock distribution

More recognition and more money
CBS pays everyone less than other networks.
Leadership doesn't care at all about employees. You're either in or out. At least better vacation days or actually implementing the work from home program.

in the last few years because of high turnover due to retirements/buyouts there is no concept of a team simply a collection of individuals

They go a bit overboard with the inclusiveness.
now it has changed every one feels like loyal dogs left in the yard by owners and the new landlord is taking them to the pound to be euthanized
