Ezra Kucharz — President of Local Digital Media at CBS Corporation

Mr. Ezra Kucharz has been the President of Local Digital Media of CBS Corporation since February 16, 2010. Mr. Kucharz served as President of CBS Local Digital Media at CBS Radio Inc. and CBS Local Media until May 9, 2016. He served as an Executive Vice President of North American Online Operations and Global Online Platforms at Iplay since May 23, 2007. He served as the President and General Manager of FiLife.com Inc. at IAC/InterActiveCorp., since December 2008. He held a variety of positions in the Space Flight Medical Operations Branch at the NASA/Johnson Space Center. He was also a commissioned Army Officer and was assigned to the US Army Reserve. Before joining NBC Universal, he served as the Managing Director of Advanced Media at the United States Tennis Association. In 1995, he founded and served as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Total Sports, a digital sports media and marketing company that provided integrated media and marketing solutions to organizations invested in sports. He is an accomplished technology innovator, who served as Chief operating officer of iVillage Properties, where he established its strategic path and managed product development and day-to-day operations. He served as Vice President of digital innovation for NBC Universal, where he led its Digital Media Incubator, when NBC Universal acquired iVillage. Prior to December 2008, he was a Digital Media Industry Consultant. He has been a Director of Scanadu Incorporated since April 2015. Mr. Kucharz holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Boston University in Biomedical Engineering. He later earned master's degrees in engineering management and medical informatics at the University of Houston and Duke University, respectively.
