Being treated different is obvious when decisions are being made about the department etc.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need better Management! Treat everyone the same or at least fairly. Reward those who actually work!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat others fairly especially women. Actually Manage department and not depend on a useless Supervisor who has his own personal agendas.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company is not the issue, the people in charge of the local station need to treat women better than they do.
