
the compensation has for too long remained in the boardroom
after 20 years I guess I've jsut become bored with the job
have some concept of a business plan - we move from day to day on the whims of upper management
it used to be the pension plan but it was eliminated in 1998 - now it's some nebulous form of stock distribution
in the last few years because of high turnover due to retirements/buyouts there is no concept of a team simply a collection of individuals
as I was a tech specialist who had worked there for a vendor there wasn't really a standard interview - just a job offer
