More recognition and more money
CBS pays everyone less than other networks.
Leadership doesn't care at all about employees. You're either in or out. At least better vacation days or actually implementing the work from home program.

Have regular meeting would help to start
in the last few years because of high turnover due to retirements/buyouts there is no concept of a team simply a collection of individuals

Company is not the issue, the people in charge of the local station need to treat women better than they do.
