Mr. Stephen Mirante, also known as Steve, has been Executive Vice President of Human Resources at CBS Corporation since January 2014. Mr. Mirante served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for CBS Corporation. In this role, he has overseen compensation, benefit and human resource information systems functions. He joined CBS in October 2005. Prior to working at CBS Corporation, he held a number of senior executive positions with various firms. He served as Eastern Retirement Practice Leader of Watson Wyatt Worldwide, where he led a staff of more than 400 consultants. Mr. Mirante also served as the Senior vice president of CIGNA's Retirement and Investment Services Division Advisory Service group. In this role he was responsible for managing the investment, compliance, actuarial and compensation needs for more than 250 plan sponsors. Mr. Mirante was also the National Retirement Practice Leader and New Jersey Managing Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Unifi Network.
