Ms. Elizabeth L. DelBianco, also known as Betty, ICD.D., B.A, LL.B., MBA, serves as the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer of Celestica Inc. Ms. DelBianco serves as an Executive Vice President and Secretary at Celestica Inc. She oversees Human Resources, Global Branding, Legal, Contracts & Communications and is responsible for the Legal Affairs of Celestica Inc., on a global basis, including all aspects of regulatory compliance and corporate governance, includes managing securities and stock exchange compliance in the U.S. and Canada. Previously, She served as Secretary and Vice President at Celestica Inc. since February 1998 and served as its Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. DelBianco joined Celestica in 1998 and since that time has been responsible for managing legal, governance and compliance matters for Celestica on a global basis. She joined Celestica Inc., following a 13-year career as a senior corporate legal advisor in the telecommunications industry. She has been a Director of Economical Insurance Group Ltd. since March 2013 and Economical Mutual Insurance Company since June 24, 2014. She served as a Member of Continuous Disclosure Advisory Committee of Ontario Securities Commission. She is admitted to practice in Ontario and New York. Ms. DelBianco holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen's University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario.
