Mr. Mandeep Chawla has been Chief Financial Officer of Celestica Inc. since October 19, 2017. Mr. Chawla is responsible for overseeing Celestica's accounting, financial and investor relations functions in order to protect and enhance the Celestica's shareholder value. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Celestica Inc. from June 2017 to October 19, 2017. Since joining Celestica in 2010, he has held progressively senior roles in the Finance organization, as Senior Vice President Finance until May 23, 2017. Prior to joining Celestica, he held Finance positions with MDS Inc., now Nordion Inc., a health science company; Earth Tech Canada, a subsidiary of Tyco International; and General Electric. He is a Certified Management Accountant. Mr. Chawla holds a Master of Finance degree from Queen's University and Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University.
