Culture & Inclusion Think Tank: The Celonis Culture & Inclusion Think Tank is a global forum of passionate Celonauts from different regions. It was designed in FY2025 and formally launched in FY2026. Its mission is to unite different perspectives, foster new ideas, and drive meaningful actions that enhance inclusive Celonaut experiences around the world. One of our key moments in 2025 will be to host our first Inclusion Day, together with this group, and for all Celonauts.
Communities: We continue fostering belonging through informal employee-led communities that exchange perspectives and connect on shared interests, from parents and pets to veterans and more.
