They are knowledgeable and approachable, which makes them easy to work for and allows for growth opportunities as an employee.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HSA card and the 401k matching.. but really all of the benefits are comparable to other top tier company benefit packages.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working and accountable for their work. You know you can rely on them and that they will also trust and rely on you! There is mutual respect which is refreshing to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone knows everyone else, it creates a close and comfortable environment! There are also fun employee activities and events, which create a fun, family culture.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet with multiple individuals and it was a relaxed, conversational interview.

Accomplishing goals and opportunity for individual growth.
