Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Idell was the Controller and subsequently the CFO of Bank of Florida-Southwest between 2004 and 2010, and in 2008 took on the additional role of CFO for the Bank of Florida-Southeast. She began her banking career in 1996 with First Southern Bank in Boca Raton and was the Controller when she left in 2004.
