What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are engaging with the teams. Not just a superviorial roll. I would be nice to gave better workflow via softare to help improve last min or change of plana during rhe day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was a risk with no official CULANRY skills. I believe now i bring a lot more to rhe store operation and feel my vast customer experiense clould be leverage acrosss the stores. I would enjoy CULANRY training. I already do these types of activities in current position but it is a small part
