I was a risk with no official CULANRY skills. I believe now i bring a lot more to rhe store operation and feel my vast customer experiense clould be leverage acrosss the stores. I would enjoy CULANRY training. I already do these types of activities in current position but it is a small part
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to work on theirattentioin to detail, especially bagging. They need a deeper focus on working completely. By that I mean they need towork on going above the minimum.

Our immediate supervisors need to recommit themselves to real customer service and positivity in interacting with their employees.
