Larry B. Cutlip — Senior Vice President, Field Operations at Centrus Energy Corp.

Mr. Larry B. Cutlip serves as Senior Vice President of Field Operations at Centrus Energy Corp. and served as its Vice President of Field Operations since May 23, 2016. Mr. Cutlip serves as President of American Centrifuge Manufacturing. He served as Director of Centrifuge Manufacturing of Centrus Energy Corp. (aka USEC Inc.) since April 15, 2008. Mr. Cutlip served as Vice President of American Centrifuge Manufacturing. In this role, Mr. Cutlip led USEC's team charged with ensuring that reliable, high-quality components are manufactured for the American Centrifuge Plant by USEC's strategic suppliers and manufacturing partners. He previously served in several operations and engineering management positions for the United States Enrichment Corporation at the Piketon, Ohio, site where he has worked since 1981. Most recently, he served as Director of program management and strategic planning, in which he was responsible for overall program management, development and administration of contracts and long-term strategic planning. From 2002 to 2006, he directed USEC's Technetium Cleanup Program in which USEC removed technetium-99 from out-of-specification uranium for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Under his management, USEC was able to recover the asset value of the feed material for DOE. He served as the President of Waverly City Council, he is currently a Member of the Pike County Chamber of Commerce and the Southern Ohio Diversification Initiative. In December 2006, Mr. Cutlip received USEC's annual Chairman's award for his oversight of this program. Mr. Cutlip holds a bachelor's degree in physics and mathematics from Muskingum College. He has completed Advanced Management Training School through Martin Marietta Materials as well as numerous other technical and management training programs. He is a Pike County native. He lives in Waverly with his wife, Bernadette and their five children, Kyle, Alli, Ryan, Emily and Ethan.
