Dennis Kelleher — Senior VP & CFO at CF Industries Holdings

Mr. Dennis P. Kelleher has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of CF Industries Holdings, Inc. since August 22, 2011. Mr. Kelleher has been the Principal Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Terra Nitrogen GP Inc., General Partner of Terra Nitrogen Company, L.P. since August 22, 2011. He joined CF Industries in August 2011. Mr. Kelleher has worked in financial and commercial capacities at Amoco Corporation and its successor, BP PLC, for the last 21 years. He served in other financial positions in the operations of BP PLC and Amoco Corporation. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Kelleher served as Vice President, Planning and Performance Management for BP plc's upstream business. He served as Vice President, Portfolio and Strategy, for BP's upstream business. He served as Chief Financial Officer for Pan American Energy, LLC from 2007 to 2010. In his career he held financial positions in oil, gas and petrochemical operations in North Africa and Asia and management positions in corporate mergers and acquisitions and Asian chemical joint venture operations. Mr. Kelleher is a certified public accountant and was employed as a senior accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co. early in his career. He has been a Director of Terra Nitrogen GP Inc., General Partner of Terra Nitrogen Company, L.P. since August 22, 2011. He served as a Director of KEYTRADE AG. Mr. Kelleher holds a Bachelor's Degree in accounting from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Management degree (M.B.A) from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
