Mr. Tom Grooms has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of CF Industries Holdings, Inc. since February 29, 2016. Mr. Grooms responsible for CF Industries Holdings overall information technology (IT) strategy and planning. This includes the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems in support of CF's operations in order to improve cost effectiveness, service quality and business development. Prior to joining CF, Mr. Grooms was Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Valspar. Previously, he served in various IT leadership roles with Medtronic. He earned a B.S. degree in Finance from Valparaiso University and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
