David Williams — Executive VP & CFO at Chemed Corporation

Mr. David P. Williams serves as Independent Chairman at Regis Corp. Mr. Williams has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Roto-Rooter Group, Inc. since January 1999. Mr. Williams has been the Chief Financial Officer of Chemed Corp. (formerly, Roto-Rooter Inc.) since March 5, 2004 and has been its Executive Vice President since August 10, 2007. He plays a key role in strategic and financial planning and operations, as well as oversee treasury functions and investor relations. He served as Vice President of Chemed Corp. since March 5, 2004. He joined Chemed Corp. in 1990 as Vice President of Finance for The Omnia Group, Chemed's former subsidiary. He served as the Senior Vice President of Finance since 1992 and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Omnia since 1993. Prior to Chemed Corp., he worked for Price Waterhouse as manager of Comprehensive Professional Services from 1983 to 1990. He has been an Independent Director at Regis Corp since October 2011. He holds a B.A. in accounting from Michigan State University. In addition, he earned his M.B.A. with high honors from Michigan State University's Executive Management Program.
