Having some kind of benefits at all and not being asked to do illegal an unethical activities in an effort to save a buck.
Ive been promised a raise for 3 mos. now.. i bust my butt on the daily, I come in on my days off, I work 3 different jobs EVERY shift, im constantly cleaning the store, I give %110 every day & i have yet to get anything in return. Not one cent.. i love my coworkers & mangers but my boss is horrible.

The managements actions really limited my coworkers ability to maximise their efforts. Little things can make or break a business.

Consistent, communication, reliability , understanding
