Prior to joining CIT, he served as Director and Team Leader of the franchise finance practice at TD Bank, where he led a loan originations group that provided financing to franchisees and franchisors of quick service, family, fast casual and casual dining restaurant chains, as well as independent restaurant chains. Mr. Vallorosi has 20 years of financial services experience and was nearly half of that time involved in the franchise finance sector with institutions such as FINOVA Capital and Lehman Brothers. Prior to joining IFCC, Mr. Vallorosi served as Director of Sales at The Debt Exchange, Inc.'s (DebtX) Specialty Finance Practice where he advised investment banks, leasing companies and specialty lenders on the sale of lease and loan portfolios/assets including franchise loans. Mr. Vallorosi holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Business Administration degree from Fordham University.
