Provide clear communication to the employees
Everything. They stay gone at boondoggles and have no clue on how the buisness and day day operations are doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel overwhelmed and have zero positive outlook for the companies future. They will be sold by 2025. And most people will not have jobs. They've already accounted for severance pay and made the announcement to such at a town hall meeting.

Learn how technology can help with buisness and that you don't have to do things the same way just because that's how it's always been done.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Technology!!!!! Get rid of yes men in sales. Handke the customer don't let the customers handle us.
