Cesar Salazar — Chief Operating Officer at Claro Enterprise Solutions
Executive Bio
Cesar Salazar was named Chief Operating Officer of Claro Enterprise Solutions in October 2021. In this role, he oversees product development, engineering, and operations. In addition, he is responsible for strategizing the technological evolution and operational alignment of products across the company: a leading source provider of Network Connectivity and Communication, Cloud, IoT, and IT Managed Services.
With a natural ability to build and manage teams and his extensive experience in restructuring and implementing new processes for global businesses, Salazar has worked to lead operations for multiple organizations effectively. He joined Claro Enterprise Solutions in 2012 as Executive Director of Engineering and Operations and was named Vice President of Network and Engineering Services in 2018.
Salazar has successfully led the company’s technical architecture design and technical contract negotiation for the most prominent international contract attained – a client with 700 hundred sites in the Americas, including Information Technology and Telecommunication services. Before Claro Enterprise Solutions, he was the Architecture Engineer Director for Telmex USA and Presales and Program Manager Director for AT&T.
A member of the IEEE Technology and Engineering Management Society, Salazar also serves on IEEE Systems Council. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Santo Tomas University and a Strategic Marketing Specialization from Co.
