After completing all my tasks, tickets and checks, I enjoy the occasional downtime to unwind and relax until something else arises.
What makes me most happy at work is being able to solve technical issues that make a real difference for staff and students. I enjoy the sense of accomplishment from helping others, learning something new every day, and being part of a team that values collaboration and support
