My overall experience with this company has been, overall, a great experience to learn all things IT. Including but not limited to: deployment of software, hardware, server maintenance, server deployment, PC driver retrieval and automation and maintaining customer relations. I've learnt a lot here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The constant reminder from colleagues that if we need any help to let them know.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That they are readily available to assist me with anything I may have an issue with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That it is something that is annually reviewed, this often means that your compensation is never stagnant.
What makes you most happy at work?
After completing all my tasks, tickets and checks, I enjoy the occasional downtime to unwind and relax until something else arises.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The fast response time. At the end of the interview they said they would call me back in a couple of hours for a decision, which they did. Other companies I've applied to would have me waiting days or weeks before a response.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am appreciative that they are down to earth and while there will still always be a divide between employer and employee. They manage to bridge the gap between the two to ensure that they remain friendly with all employees and readily available to help despite being neck deep in work.
