Mr. Mark A. Hughes has been Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Clayton Holdings LLC since December 12, 2015. He served as President of The Bohan Group, Inc. since May 2005 and served as its Chief Operating Officer since 2004. He served as Vice President of Due Diligence Solutions at The Bohan Group, Inc. Mr. Hughes Heads the New York office of The Bohan Group. He has more than 25 years of operational and business development experience in the due diligence and financial services sectors. He was president of LenderLive's due diligence division, which provides a broad range of diligence and underwriting services to lenders and investors. Prior to joining LenderLive, he was vice president of due diligence solutions at CoreLogic. He served as Vice President and Director of Business Development for the Capital Group. Before joining LenderLive, he built CoreLogic Inc.'s due diligence solutions group and led it for more than five years. He served as Director of Business Development of The Bohan Group, Inc. He served as Vice President of Salomon Smith Barney's Mortgage Finance Group and was responsible for the successful management of billions in whole loan sales and securitizations. He worked extensively with agency, jumbo and sub prime mortgage collateral, as both Principal and as Loan Sale Advisor. With 15 years of Wall Street mortgage finance experience, Mr. Hughes is well Qualified to manage its client relationships.
