Mr. Raymond A. Redlingshafer, Jr., also known as Ray, serves as Senior Managing Director of Clayton Holdings LLC. Mr. Redlingshafer focuses on expanding Clayton's relationships with all secondary market participants and focuses on business development and promotion of Clayton's core products. He has more than 25 years of experience. He served as the President and Chief Investment Officer of New York Mortgage Trust Inc. from 2003 to June 30, 2005. He Co-Founded New York Mortgage Trust. Prior to co-founding New York Mortgage Trust, Mr. Redlingshafer served as the Managing Director of Pedestal Capital from 2000 to 2003. From 1998 to 2000, he served as Vice President of Mortgage Capital Markets for Salomon Smith Barney in mortgage trading. From 1995 to 1998, he served as National Director of Securities Marketing for Freddie Mac. Prior to Freddie Mac, Mr. Redlingshafer was with UBS-PaineWebber from 1988 to 1995, where he held a variety of positions before being promoted to Mortgage Sales & Product Manager. He began his career in 1983 with Goldman Sachs & Co. as a whole loan mortgage trader and was one of the original members of Goldman's mortgage department. He has been an Independent Director of CYS Investments, Inc.(alternate name Cypress Sharpridge Investments, Inc.) since November 2006. He served as a Director of New York Mortgage Trust Inc. from 2003 to June 30, 2005.
