Suzanne Singer — Senior Managing Director of Business Development at Clayton Holdings

Ms. Suzanne Singer has been Senior Managing Director of Business Development at Clayton Holdings LLC. Ms. Singer is responsible for expanding Clayton's customer base and developing and executing strategic initiatives with its parent company, Radian Group Inc. She has held various client management and business development roles at Auction.com, Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, GMAC-RFC and Option One Mortgage Corporation. She served as Vice President of Business Development at Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, LLC. Ms. Singer joined Wingspan Portfolio Advisors late in 2008 and has 20 years of experience in the loan servicing business. She served as executive vice president of sales and marketing for Litigation Guard. She was a director in the Institutional Clients segment at GMAC-RFC, working with large subprime mortgage companies, banks, and mortgage bankers. Before rejoining GMAC-RFC, she was the national sales executive for Option One Mortgage Corporation, where she identified, developed, and managed all sub-servicing relationships. She began her career as a specialist in the community development investment group at Freddie Mac. Ms. Singer managed Freddie Mac's Helping Hand Outsource Program and identified non-performing assets and REO for acquisition while in GMAC-RFC's Distressed Mortgage Services Group. She studied bachelor of arts in economics at College of William & Mary.
