The door is open. You can always reach out to them with an idea or suggestion and know that they are at least open to considering what you have to say.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible hours and flexible schedule along with a great work life balance
The bonuses are nice and we get a fair number of days off.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work great together and have each other's backs.
Meetings are efficient, and well presented, always start and stop on time.
It's a small team and we are very collaborative. Work is spread evenly and we all pitch in when it's crunch time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all passionate about clean energy and it is great to have that common goal of helping to transition the world to clean energy. I have never worked with anyone here who isn't friendly, intelligent, and highly competent.
Company has many employee engagement activities that are fun and exciting to attend. Look forward to interacting with co-workers in this way.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with the CEO and really enjoyed our conversation.
Meeting all the people on the team.
I interviewed with the CEO but he was pretty informal and we had a good talk. It was cool to hear how excited he got about certain aspects of the business.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interaction with co-workers and recognition by leadership.
