Mr. Daniel R. Herzog, also known as Dan, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Clearfield, Inc. since August 25, 2011. Mr. Herzog served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Clearfield, Inc. from February 18, 2011 to August 25, 2011. Mr. Herzog re-joined Clearfield in June 2009 as its Vice President of Administration and previously served as its Comptroller and Principal Accounting Officer from September 2003 to February 2006. Previously, he held positions of Controller and Chief Financial Officer at Americable, which was acquired by Clearfield 2003. He served as the Controller of Schwing America, Inc., from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Herzog received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Accounting in 1986 from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota.
