What are some of the best things about your team?A diverse team, and people feel safe expressing their opinions. Some technically excellent people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Paid well below the standard average for my role in other companies. PTO is also one of the lowest around.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listening to staff more by getting involved. For such a small employee base we are not numbers but people with ideas that could help grow the business, if just given the chance.
