What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
ClickPoint leadership does a great job establishing a progressive culture and keeping everybody on the same page. Using a "shoutout" method, we can give our coworkers props and credit where credit is due. This is an internal motivator because it encourages us to help others and get involved!

Overall, ClickPoint has a great culture. The culture is rooted in friendship and working together to better the company. There is great diversity within the group, and everyone is so friendly. As a new hire, everyone is excited to meet you and help get you involved within the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
One of the many things that make me happy to work every day is that everyone in the company has a common goal and that leadership will allow you to make mistakes and learn from them. Everyone is always learning here and trying to better themselves day in and day out.
What did you like most about the interview process?
One of the things that I enjoyed about the interview process was that it didn't feel like a traditional interview. It felt like a first date where both myself and the company were seeing if we would be a good long-term match. Overall the process was simple and enjoyable because of the people.
