I was immediately impressed by the communication style, which made the process enjoyable. Additionally, I appreciate that the company has a clear understanding of what they expect from candidates and sets clear tasks during the interview process.

One of the things that I enjoyed about the interview process was that it didn't feel like a traditional interview. It felt like a first date where both myself and the company were seeing if we would be a good long-term match. Overall the process was simple and enjoyable because of the people.
